Petits Chefs Dubai – Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome to Petits Chefs Dubai! By booking a class or event with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and educational cooking experience for all participants.
2. Booking & Payment All classes must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a spot. Birthday parties and private events require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
3. Class Attendance & Punctuality Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure a smooth session. For group classes, the chef will begin on time. Late arrivals after 15 minutes may not be allowed to join. If a participant is more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling & Refunds Classes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may be eligible for a makeup session, subject to availability. Birthday parties or private events can be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice, but deposits remain non-refundable.
5. Health & Safety Participants must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before attending a class. We follow strict hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen, but participation is at your own risk.Add product gallery images
6. Parental Responsibility (For Kids’ Classes) Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of children. Petits Chefs Dubai is not responsible for children outside of class hours.
7. Photography & Media We may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please make sure that you responded accordingly in the registration form.
8. Conduct & Behavior We maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
9. Liability Petits Chefs Dubai is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during classes or events. In case of emergency, Petits Chefs Dubai and our organizers will seek medical attention for your child if we cannot reach you. Petits Chefs Dubai will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. By booking with Petits Chefs Dubai, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
