Ms Sandra’s cancellation policy is as follows (Individual classes):
If for any reason, you need to cancel a scheduled class up to 2hrs before the scheduled start time, you may re-schedule within 3 days with no charge, subject to availability. However, if you wish to cancel without booking an alternative session, there will be a charge of:
No charge More than 7 days in advance
20% 48 hours – 1 week prior to start of the session.
50% within 48 hours of the start of scheduled session (up to 2 hours).
All cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time or once the class has started will be charged at: 100%
On the other hand, if Ms Sandra needs to cancel or reschedule a class, she must give advance notice and no later than 24hrs prior to the scheduled time. Should any class need to be cancelled or re-scheduled within 24hrs of the scheduled start time, a free 30 minute lesson will be given, as well as there being no charge for the cancelled lesson.
